An estimate, either verbal or written, will be provided by Dr Bump and constitutes an offer to complete repairs to the damaged areas discussed or indicated at the price discussed or indicated.

A booking, either verbal or written, constitutes acceptance of the estimate and forms a binding legal contract which incorporates these Terms and Conditions.

The location and date/time of the repair will be agreed with the customer at time of booking. Dr Bump reserves the right to change the location and/or date and time of the repair if for any reason, including but not limited to weather and light conditions, we feel that the repair process might be compromised.

Dr Bump repairs are of a very high quality. An automotive factory finish is machinery applied to very high tolerances in carefully controlled environments. It is our aim to offer the very best in hand applied, aftermarket car body repairs. To this end, no repair can ever be as good as new. Dr Bump repairs are optimised for application over the manufacturers original paintwork. Where Dr Bump is affecting a repair over a non original finish, an approximate colour and finish match will be considered a high quality repair. Dr Bump is unable to guarantee the compatibility of our system with any non original finishes. The responsibility rests with the customer to advise Dr Bump of any areas of non original paintwork on the vehicle.

Dr Bump provides the current vehicle owner with a two year guarantee on all repairs with respect to the following conditions: Aftercare instructions, which will be provided by Dr Bump at time of repair, must be adhered to. Any subsequent damage, including stone chips, must be dealt with without delay. The area being repaired has not had a previous aftermarket repair and is the manufacturers original finish. Dr Bump is generally unable to provide any sort of guarantee where rust or corrosion is present, or becomes evident during the repair.

Dr Bump will honour any valid warranty claims by rectification at a mutually agreed time and location with the customer.

Payment will be due on completion of the repair unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
